Hello, Chardley Eben

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username ComplexRational, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I’ve proposed an article that you started, Nana Osei Afriyie Gyamerah II, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. To prevent the deletion, please add a reference to the article. You may remove the deletion tag yourself once the article has at least one reliable source.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|ComplexRational}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Why would it be deleted? This is the chief of Piase, Ghana he is an important person. Chardley Eben (talk) 18:19, 11 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

All Wikipedia articles, and especially biographies of living people because of their delicate nature, require citations to reliable sources in the article. A Google search or blanket claim of importance is not sufficient, so if there are reliable sources that would verify the article's content, please add them; if not, the lack of reliable sources would be valid reason for deletion. ComplexRational (talk) 11:49, 13 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Im not doing that work you can do it yourself i know him personally and i know hes alive and he is an important person because he is a chief. Chardley Eben (talk) 21:55, 14 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Knowing him personally is not sufficient for notability and verifiability purposes; please take a moment to familiarize yourself with reliable sources. And if you're unwilling to do that work, there's a good chance your articles won't be retained. The onus is on the author to ensure compliance with core content policies. ComplexRational (talk) 02:50, 15 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I added the source i hope this is enough because this all is just ridiculous. Chardley Eben (talk) 22:00, 14 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It may be enough to cancel imminent deletion via BLPPROD, but another review would be needed to determine notability, which is based on the existence of sources and not the current state of the article. If you have further questions, feel free to ask, but keep in mind that these policies are in place for a reason. ComplexRational (talk) 02:50, 15 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
hi ComplexRational, may i ask you have to make my page appear under google search when you type 'Nana Osei Afriyie Gyamerah II' Chardley Eben (talk) 18:16, 15 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I also added the link of the source for the information. Chardley Eben (talk) 08:20, 15 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The page has already been viewed no need to come with this again i provided all the links already. Chardley Eben (talk) 20:22, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Everyone in Ghana knows him he is a chief and there is proof of no need to give him such disrespect Chardley Eben (talk) 20:25, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Nana Adoma Antwiwaa II requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Nana Adoma Antwiwaa II

[edit]

This is so disgusting i said i would give proof of my page Nana Adoma Antwiwaa II and thet deleted it anyways. I want it back because i am not making it all over again. Chardley Eben (talk) 20:20, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

There was absolutely no indication of how this individual is important or notable. If you absolutely believe this person is deserving of an article, maybe you should develop one in WP:DRAFTSPACE first and then submit for assessment by another editor. A biographical article, especially on living people, must demonstrate sufficient notability cited to reliably independent secondary sources. Bungle (talkcontribs) 20:36, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
