Mark 2

[edit]

Thank you for your reply. I agree the question is relatively unimportant. Like you I always prefer Roman numerals. However I just thought there must have been an "official" name given to the car by Jaguar itself. Here seems to indicate that "Mark 2" was the company's name for the car. Autoreviewer

[edit]

Hi Charles01, after seeing one of your articles at New Page Patrol, I was surprised to see that an editor who contributes so many well written articles over such a long time hadn't already been approved as an Autoreviewer. So I've taken the liberty of rectifying that. ϢereSpielChequers 20:03, 28 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, Sir: I'm duly hono(u)red. I had never heard of an autoreviewer and was thinking it had something to do with automobiles, since that is one of my prefered topics at present. The discovery that it actually means that I "can be trusted not to submit inappropriate material, deliberately or otherwise" is reassuring. I think. As the kids might say, "awesome". Though of course, it's all a question of judgement. Regards Charles01 (talk) 07:07, 1 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
They obviously don't know you very well. ;p Congratulations. TREKphiler any time you're ready, Uhura 07:39, 1 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I was trying to think of a suitably smart-bleep rejoinder: I failed. Then I was concerned that my e-silence might lead you to the conclusion that I'd lost the will to live which I haven't. So thank you for your kind thoughts and have a nice Tuesday. Charles01 (talk) 10:37, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, I suspected you were surprised speechless I even noticed. ;p Since I'm here, & you're (happily) still alive & well (if a bit tongueless ;p), let me invite you to have a look at my recent resurrection project, brought back, I'm pleased to say, from deletion by an Admin. (I will use my powers wisely. ;p) Comments, questions, & especially pictures are welcomed. TREKphiler any time you're ready, Uhura 12:25, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

VW K70

[edit]

The image File:Volkswagen K70 Offenbach.JPG seams to be dated incorrectly. This version of the headlights was only build from late 1972 on, according to a German K70 fanclub. Maybe you fan find out the correct date with this information. --TheK (talk) 18:59, 1 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to check this out. Do you know the page address, please? Charles01 (talk) 20:01, 1 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
