Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, CharlesTaze34. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 17:49, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

March 2024[edit]

Information icon Hello, CharlesTaze34, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as Presto Friendo (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who misuse multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 22:45, 5 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

And User:MariamEQ, too. Liz Read! Talk! 22:47, 5 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, Liz, thanks for reaching out. I have any idea about the users mentioned neither I’m I connected to them in any way. Thank you. CharlesTaze34 (talk) 22:54, 5 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, I believe you are, so I have moved all of those drafts back. If you move any back to mainspace without review from a non-conflicted editor, such as via articles for creation, I'll likely block the lot of you (or all versions of "you", as the case may be). Also please review the mandatory paid editing disclosures. Seraphimblade Talk to me 02:30, 7 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, CharlesTaze34,
It is not wise to move drafts created by other editors into the main space of the project. You did so with one article that was clearly not ready and it has been tagged and deleted. I'm sure the draft creator would not be happy so please do not "take ownership" of drafts created by other editors. Sure, help improve them and submit them for review to WP:AFC but do not move them to main space where they will be subject to extra scrutiny from our New Page Patrol editors. They are trained to tag inappropriate articles for deletion. It's better to work through AFC and let them accept and move articles to main space. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 05:31, 7 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, Liz,
Thank you very much for your feedback. I’ll work on resubmitting those pages through the appropriate way for review as those subjects are eligible if you can check. Also, I’ll like to clear the air that I’m not connected to any subject I’ve worked on. Thank you. CharlesTaze34 (talk) 05:51, 7 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
