Welcome[edit]

Hi, Checco, Welcome to Wikipedia!
Hello, bonjour, salut, privyet, konichiwa, shalom, hola, salve, sala'am, bonjourno, and hi! I'm Sputnik. I noticed that you were new and/or have yet to receive any messages so I just thought I'd pop in to say "hello". We're glad to have you in our community! I hope you like this place — I sure do — and want to stay. Wikipedia can be a little intimidating at first, since it's so big but we won't bite so Be Bold and get what you know down in microchips! If you do make a mistake, that's fine, we'll assume good faith and just correct you: it'll take a few seconds maximum! I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Though we all make goofy mistakes, here is what Wikipedia is not. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to see the help pages or add a question to the village pump. The Community Portal can also be very useful. If you want to play around with your new Wiki skills the Sandbox is for you. Here are a few links to get you started:
And remember:
  • If you ever think a page or image should be deleted, please list it at the votes for deletion page. There is also a votes for undeletion page if you want to retrieve something that you think should not have been deleted.
  • If you're bored and want to find something to do, try the Random page button in the sidebar, or check out the Open Task message in the Community Portal.
  • P.S. I'm happy to help new users. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you need help with anything or simply wish to say hello. :)

Happy Wiki-ing!

Italian politican stubs[edit]

Hello! Can you please remember to stub and categorize your articles if you expect people to find and expand them? Regards,  (aeropagitica)  11:19, 26 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Italia dei Valori[edit]

I met in and outside members of the former PLI and of Italia dei Valori, and though I don not agree with this party on all issues, it fits in the liberal family of parties. To be honest, but I tried to be neutral, Forza Italia doesn't fit in. Electionworld = Wilfried (talk 21:30, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A question about Northern League (Italy)[edit]

Hi. I have a question about the Northern League: are they White Supremacists? That is, do they believe that "white" people, under some definition of "white", are intrinsically superior to the rest of the human race? (This is a more extreme view than White Separatism and most other forms of racism.)

See this section of Talk:White_supremacy for the background to this strange question.

Any information you can give us would be appreciated. Thanks, CWC(talk) 17:32, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. I'll fix the White Supremacy article. Cheers, CWC(talk) 21:18, 27 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Giorgio Orsini[edit]

Hello Checco,

We have a problem with editing the article about famous 15th century Italian architect - Giorgio Orsini. If you are knowledgeable about this man or if you know people who know about him - please, be involved or ask other people to be involved in the discussion and editing of the article about him--GiorgioOrsini 16:06, 12 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Conservative liberalism[edit]

Hi! Great work on the conservative liberalism article. I made the redirect to conservative liberalism because I thought that it was better than the classical liberalism article, but this certainly is the best solution! C mon 09:00, 24 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Republican, Radical and Radical-Socialist Party[edit]

In the infobox at Republican, Radical and Radical-Socialist Party, you seem to have linked as a logo an image that does not now exist and, as far as I can tell, has never existed. Perhaps it is on one of the foreign-language Wikipedias? We can only access images from Commons or from here on en:, so it may need to be uploaded. - Jmabel | Talk 00:41, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Uploading images[edit]

I have no idea what you tried to do, but the only way to upload an image that is on another Wikipedia is:

  1. Download the image to your own computer
  2. Then upload.

Hope that helps. If it still doesn't, please get back to me with a specific statement of what images you need uploaded, and exactly what Wikipedia they are currently on, under what name. - Jmabel | Talk 16:47, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The two images I would like to upload are:

Thank you for helping me. --Checco 19:54, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I converted these to PNGs (a preferred format) and uploaded them. You can now access them as Image:Logo parti radical.png and Image:Prg.png, respectively. - Jmabel | Talk 01:43, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Union Real Politics[edit]

The party doesn't receive money from public budget (other parties takes public money) and it has financial problems. It consistently enjoys the support of approximately 2-4% of voters. UPR'candidates were starting from a new conservative-liberal organisation Janusz Korwin-Mikke's Platform (Platforma Janusza Korwin-Mikke). PJKM didn't manage to cross the required 5% threshold in the 2005 parliamentary elections. It party had the support 2% of voters.
