Hi,

He died at his home in Chelsea, London. Here is a newspaper which indicates that he died there. http://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1301&dat=19891022&id=fbQnAAAAIBAJ&sjid=EugDAAAAIBAJ&pg=3747,8494075

Find my past, the website, also says that he died in Chelsea. I do not make changes unless they are accurate!

I put that one back; thank you for finding that source! However, here's the thing; you need to add the reference when you change things like that. It's not enough to be aware of it yourself.
