Biotek pictures[edit]
to do other pictures, you can attempt to have them released on a free license or give a fair use explanation. I think fair use cannot be made of a product or a building image because they are easily replaceable by a free image. So I will need to see a freely licensed image. If can can make a free image you can upload it yourself at commons:upload Graeme Bartlett (talk) 04:08, 5 March 2010 (UTC)
Public domain or all rights released is an option, but you can also use a Creative Commons license like CC-BY-SA-3.0 which retains the right to be attributed and the right to keep derivatives free. However if the picture comes off a web site, then you will have to prove that the license is as you specify, preferably by a note on the same web site. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 21:50, 5 March 2010 (UTC)
