Italian Esperanto Federation moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Italian Esperanto Federation, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Esperanto[edit]

June 2022 - Italian Esperanto Federation[edit]

I've seen you on the IRC channel #wikipedia-en-help and had posted some comments there, but it's unclear if you'll see them.

Earlier, you were in the channel asking about Draft:Italian Esperanto Federation and I see that it is still awaiting another review. Lately, you've been joining the channel, but not asking any questions.

On Wikipedia, we kind of outsource the determination of whether an organization merits an article to independent reporters (WP:NOTABILITY). Unless they write about a subject, we consider it impossible for there to be an article about that subject. Nearly all of the links and sources cited by your draft don't meet the criteria of independent and in-depth. After the draft has received a couple of reviews stating this deficiency, reviewers start to be reluctant to decline saying the same thing again. It then starts to feel to you like your draft is being ignored.

If you are still interested in an article about the FEI, it may be necessary for you to go back to the beginning, abandoning the text you've currently written until you can find some of these independent, in-depth sources. Start over on the draft by summarizing what only these sources say. All the other things you clearly want to say about the organization should wait and can perhaps be added, with sources, after you have an accepted article. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 04:30, 6 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
