It's recommended that you leave a brief explanation for each change you make, in the form of an edit summary. November 2017[edit]

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Also! Needing sixteen edits to achieve this completely clogs up the edit history--I edit-conflicted half a dozen times with you trying to get a word in. Use "Preview". But most of all, explain why you are making these edits. I've looked at dozens of edits, and some of them appear to be productive, but others not so much. Thank you. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In the future, please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made, reduces edit conflicts, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the article will look like without actually saving it.

The "show preview" button is right next to the "save page" button and below the edit summary field.

It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Next up: preview. You are averaging almost 20 edits per page, which makes it extraordinarily difficult for other editors to figure out what happened where--you are clogging up the history. Thank you. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for trying to game extended confirmed, or just screwing around and ignoring talk page warnings... not sure which, but solution to either one is an indef block.
