Federal judge pictures[edit]

I wanted to thank you for updating the pictures for numerous federal judges. I am one of the prolific Wikipedia users that puts their pictures up from their SJC hearing but rarely go back to see if their official judicial pictures have been updated so thank you for that. I especially want to thank for making sure the "Page preview" is still showing when you put the mouse over the link for their page so their picture shows without opening their page. Very much appreciated.

Thank you as well for putting up the original pictures! I had forgotten about the page preview feature before reading your comment (I toggled it off at some point but have re-enabled it now), so any positive results there are purely good luck. Clay (talk) 22:52, 16 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your very welcome. The judiciary is my passion so when I saw most federal judges didn't have pictures, I went back & started adding them. All of the pictures I have seen from you have the page preview which is very important so looks good to me. I'm not sure if possible but there is one Biden nominee that picture does not have a page preview, 3 Jacqueline Scott Corley. If you can fix it that would be appreciated. I was able to update every active circuit court judge with a profile picture except three. If you can find a picture & post it on their profile, that would give every active circuit court judge a picture which would be great. I'm not sure if you can find one but I'll give you the names below.

Ilana Rovner (7th) Harris Hartz (10th) Karen Henderson (DC) - I put a picture up but it's not a live picture.

Help with Infobox[edit]

Hi there @Clay,

If you could help me with this, James C. O'Brien was recently nominated for another position within the Department of State. It seems that you're pretty experienced with editing/working with infoboxes, so would it be possible for you to check it out and add that nomination to the infobox?. Thank you in advance! Losipov (talk) 20:25, 10 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for pointing that out, I've added the new Assistant Secretary nomination to the infobox now. Clay (talk) 16:27, 11 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Clay I forgot to say thank you lol. But can you also do it for William W. Popp's nomination to Uganda too? He was just confirmed and I still don't know how to do those kinds of edits. Thanks again! Losipov (talk) 03:51, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page List of Executive Office appointments by Joe Biden, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:

  • A "bare URL and missing title" error. References show this error when they do not have a title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 14:42, 3 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Lisa Wang (lawyer) moved to draftspace[edit]

@Let'srun: Should you be the one to be doing these sorts of moves? It seems like you are extremely involved in trying to delete/draftify these articles and as such it doesn't seem right that you are unilaterally moving pages to the Draft space now. Clay (talk) 19:37, 9 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm only moving pages with a severe lack of secondary sources. If you have a issue with that, please take it up at the relevant forums. Let'srun (talk) 14:30, 10 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I haven't evaluated for substance, but I still have have reservations about you performing these moves, since you have been so focused on getting these articles taken down by any means possible. There are plenty of uninvolved editors that could have helped you out. But it sounds like you don't really care, and I am not willing to get into a fight about it. So I'll just say, hope that works out for you. Clay (talk) 15:11, 10 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I understand your concerns. I will not be moving any additional articles to drafts myself or nominating any additional afds for judicial nominees at this time. Let'srun (talk) 17:07, 10 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
