File source problem with File:Zeich.jpg

File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Zeich.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 13:01, 4 November 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. feydey (talk) 13:01, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Daniel Zeichner

[edit]

Can you please tell me why you deem Mr. Zeichner to be notable enough to merit a Wikipedia article? Except for obvious cases, it's customary to discuss the removal of a non-notable tag first. Wereon (talk) 02:08, 5 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As a Parlimentary Candidate for one of the potential swing seats at the next British General Election he is of public interest. Also, his work at UNISON and previous political candidaces attest to his noteriety.

A tag has been placed on File:Zeich.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. -- ТимофейЛееСуда. 15:46, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
