Coming back under another account and creating the same content again is not a wise choice because now you are not only violating the "Wikipedia:Wikipedia is not for things made up one day" guideline (which is closely related to the "Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not" policy), but you are sock puppetry policy by evading your previous block without addressing the issues brought up there. Please note that spamming doesn't just deal with companies and products, but can refer to anything you are trying to promote or "let people know about".
