Capitalization[edit]

In this edit you seem to indicate that the lowercase words in the heading were due to a typo, which was not the case. In WP, we reserve caps for proper nouns; see MOS:CAPS. Headings and titles use sentence case, not title case, in WP. And words like "standard" that may be capitalized in some sources will not usually be in WP; only if they are part of a term that is consistently capitalized in sources, which these are not, in the section in question. Seems reasonable. Along those lines, the subject of this article, Electronic Trial Master File, (eTMF) should be capitalized for two reasons: One, it represents a unique 'thing' and isn't a common noun; Two, it helps the reader to understand the source of the acronym 'eTMF' Your thoughts?
