Welcome to Wikipedia, Col.R.C.B.! Thank you for your contributions. This is an encyclopedia, so remember that it's a necessity to include references listing reliable websites, newspapers, articles, books and other sources you have used to write or expand articles. Please understand that these sources should verify the information in a fair and accurate manner. However, you must not copy and paste text you find anywhere, except for short quotations, marked as such with quote marks and carefully cited to the source the quote was taken from. New articles and statements added to existing articles may be deleted by others if unreferenced or referenced poorly or if they are copyright violations. See referencing for beginners for more details.

Information icon Hello, I'm Felida97. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Nile C. Kinnick High School, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Felida97 (talk) 17:25, 11 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Nile C. Kinnick High School, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. interstatefive  17:28, 11 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Nile C. Kinnick High School, you may be blocked from editing. Felida97 (talk) 17:34, 11 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon I noticed the source does say it started as "Yokohama High School" (no 'American' in there). It will go better if you use edit summaries to explain what you are doing and why. Perhaps with your first edit [1] changing 1990 to 1960, when 1990 is what the source says, and with no explanation, the editing community lost some confidence in your edits. So you should take care reading the sources, and explain what you are doing.

Here's the standard 'edit summary' template:
Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.

The edit summary field looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → check Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary, and then click the "Save" button.
