Hey,

I see that you made an edit to the article Threatening the President of the United States to change it from class E to Class D felony. But I read this link and it provides that the penalty shall not exceed 5 years but 1 or more years imprisonment, and I have heard offenders receiving sentences less than this 5-year max and that Class D is considered 5 or more but less than 10 years, so should/could this crime be be considered a Class E felony?
