Use of citation templates

[edit]

Hi Colwest, I noted your edits to British Rail Class 321, and wish to thank you for your contributions. However, those edits replaced structured cites (using Cite News or Cite Magazine) with bare references without a template. These templates exist for a good reason and should be used wherever possible - replacing them with a bare reference could be considered an unconstructive edit.
