- It means that we can't have an article on that topic because there is zero evidence that it passes the criteria, the only usable content would be "He was born on July 14th, 1937, in Antwerp, Belgium. " but that could only be used if it was sourced, the rest is more suitable for a magazine or blog post but has no encyclopaedic value. Theroadislong (talk) 15:04, 6 March 2024 (UTC)
