Not only did this article not meet the criteria for Notability, you have also admitted a WP:Conflict of Interest. If this person is notable, let someone other than his publicity team create the article. Also, you may wish to look at WP:CORPNAME as someone could tag this account as inappropriate because of the criteria mentioned there. Skier Dude (talk) 04:13, 1 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
