Important DS alert notice

[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Statue of unity

[edit]

Edit warring on this page won't get you anywhere other than a block.

See WP:SOAP and talk page for earlier discussions where edits like yours were rejected.

Cherrypicking statements of politicians to show a negative perspective is POV pushing and violation of W:SOAP. AnM2002 (talk) 03:19, 6 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I added & organized the reactions from group of people impacted by the statue in question i.e. tribals and also from notable leaders within and outside India. I’ve also added verifiable source links for each. I’m sorry if you felt the reactions were cherry picked. Removing the entire content is not the right course of action in such cases. You can either discuss on talk page here or make edits to bring neutral tone to the content like HaeB did. Please have a look at WP:NPOVHOW for proper handling of such cases in future. —coolk (talk) 01:55, 8 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hounding and disruptive editing

[edit]

See WP:HOUND. You are not supposed to follow my edits,[1] and whatever you wrote was also unnecessary. Following other's edits just to add more fuel in the fire is considered harassment.

I have already responded to your messages on the talk page, but you just don't want to hear. I am not obliged to keep replying to your repetitive messages since none of them address any of the concerns I had already raised with your edits.

See WP:EDITWAR. You had no consensus for these problematic edits. You were never supposed to restore them even after being told more than enough times about the problems and getting reverted before.

Repeating yourself, hounding, and edit warring is not going to let you re-insert your problematic content.

You will benefit from dropping the WP:STICK. Azuredivay (talk) 07:20, 26 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
