Help with archiving[edit]

I'll show you how to archive on Archive Today (aka archive.vn/archive.ph) first. It's very easy.

Archiving a url: This is the AT homepage. We'll use this week's Hot100 chart update for practice since it hasn't been archived yet. Copy the BB chart url and paste it into the top box marked "My url is alive and I want to archive its content", click/tap "Save". The page will reload and either start saving immediately, or show you that it's queued for saving (you don't have to do anything except wait). You'll see the progression of the page saving on-screen. When it's finished, the archive will load and you should see a page looking like this except yours will say the 29th instead of the 22nd.

Now if the BB chart page you just saved was already archived by someone else, then when you pasted the url into the top box and clicked "save", the screen would have shown you the most recent archive and told you how long ago it was created ("Saved 5 hours ago, 15 mins ago, 2 years ago etc.). Try saving the same BB chart url again using the steps I outlinedIfbove and you'll see what I mean. A box with a button saying "save this page again" will appear on-screen over the archive.
