Some missed Edits[edit]

I haven't put in the edits for the sections of the biological studies and am still working on finding pictures and the models and the excavations section CoolQuokka (talk) 07:24, 25 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Finished peer review[edit]

Lead

The lead sentence is more descriptive than the original while still remaining concise. It may still be relevant to include where the name of the culture comes from, as well as the final phase. It would also be good to potentially include something about the anthropological genetic study sections of the article in the Lead.

Content

The content in the article is both relevant and up-to-date, with nothing appearing to be missing or out of place.

Tone and Balance

The tone is neutral and does not heavily cover a single viewpoint, nor does it attempt to persuade.

Sources and References

Sources are up to date, thorough, diverse, and reputable. However, there could certainly be a greater number of citations for some of the statements made, especially for the Models and Excavations section.

Organization

The organization of ideas is sound, and needs no change. However, the grammar and sentence structure could use a fair bit of revision, such as the last sentence of the Chronology section or the random capitalization and repeat words in the first paragraph of the Models and Excavations section, in particular. Also I am a little confused on the final sentence of the Lead.

Images and Media

The addition of a caption to the Naqada Culture range image is a good one.
