To open a link, left-click on the blue writing. If you want to contact another user, left-click on the blue name at the bottom of a message (for example --Anthony.bradbury 18:13, 2 January 2007 (UTC)). That will take you to this users personal page. To leave a message left-click on the "+" between "edit this page" and "history". Type a short title for your message (anything you like - contact, hello, adopt or whatever). Hit the tab key, which is the one above caps lock with the two arrows, and then type away.
