Speedy deletion nomination of File:En-Mercury(Planet).ogg[edit]

A tag has been placed on File:En-Mercury(Planet).ogg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image page for a missing or corrupt image or an empty image description page for a Commons-hosted image.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Your random facts[edit]

Why don't you try reading the articles in question before sticking random astromical facts on their TALK pages? Do you really think these facts aren't already in the articles? They are. Do some reading and quit being lazy. Simple facts about planets do not belong in a focused article about the Sun. You're babbling like a 3 year-old at the dinner table right now. Talk page misuse[edit]

Hi. Article talk pages are for discussions about how to improve the article. They are not intended for discussions or questions about the subject of the article. (Please read the talk page guidelines for more information.) I've removed your question from talk:Sun because it is not related to improving the article.
You can try asking the question at the reference desk. Before you do that, you should try rewording it so that it makes more sense. Try including the actual words from the article; something like: "The Sun article says 'XYZ'. I don't understand why they say X, since whatever."
If your comment was actually trying to make a point about improving the article, go ahead and post at the article talk page, but, again, use the actual words in the article and explain clearly what you think should be changed and why. "I think XYZ should be changed to XYA because Z is wrong or misleading in some way and A makes the point better."
I'm assuming that you are here to help with the work and are having difficulty communicating and understanding the way things work. If that is the case, you are welcome and you'll find lots of people willing to help but you need to show that you are trying to do things the right way.
