A tag has been placed on 76th Independence Day of India requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a recently created redirect from an implausible typo or misnomer, or other unlikely search term.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. MB 00:57, 10 September 2022 (UTC)

Polyunsaturated fat merge

You might want to recheck the tags for the articles you merged. The proposal was to merge in the other direction, since polyunsaturated fat is the more likely search term. At least that was my intention when I tagged them. oknazevad (talk) 23:17, 31 January 2023 (UTC)

Polyunsaturated fatty acid is more WP:COMMONNAME, also abbreviated as PUFA. If editors want it can even be moved on a later date, I have no issues. Crashed greek (talk) 04:06, 1 February 2023 (UTC)

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from The Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 into Jan Lokpal Bill. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 02:57, 4 February 2023 (UTC)

Cool. I used to attribute only if very big passage is copied. Crashed greek (talk) 04:42, 4 February 2023 (UTC)

Removal of content on Fatty acid ratio in food

Hi Crashed greek! I noticed that on 23 November 2022 you made an edit that removed a large amount of data, including tables of fatty acid ratios, noting in your edit summary that "Remove WP:OR, none of the sources mention omega 6 to omega 3 ratio)". Most of the references were from Self Nutrition pages, which lists both "Total Omega-3 fatty acids" and "Total Omega-6 fatty acids" under "Nutrition Information" and then under "Fats & Fatty Acids". It is then a routine calculation to determine the ratio. I am not seeing any WP:OR. Am I missing something? Do you have any objections to me re-adding it? Thanks! Wikipedialuva (talk) 06:15, 27 February 2023 (UTC)

OK, I was not aware of it. But even those values dont match with the source, but that is a different issue. Crashed greek (talk) 06:39, 27 February 2023 (UTC)
Thanks for the fast reply! After looking into it more, I see what you mean. Some of the values appear to be correct, however, others seem to be completely unrelated to the reference material. I'm somewhat busy at the moment, but if I can find some time, I might go back and try to re-add values as stated in the Self Nutrition reference, if you are okay with that. Do you have any reservations about including verified values or using Self Nutrition as a source? Thanks! 08:22, 27 February 2023 (UTC) Wikipedialuva (talk) 08:22, 27 February 2023 (UTC)
No issues, go ahead. Crashed greek (talk) 09:05, 27 February 2023 (UTC)
