A tag has been placed on Ashlee McKenzie, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing no content to the reader. Please note that external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article don't count as content. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Finngall talk 21:55, 26 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Saint Peter's: The Jams! requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Russ (talk) 18:49, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Adding rumours[edit]

Please do not deliberately introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to The Dutchess. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Lillygirl 11:01, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Saint Peter's: The Jams!, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

Unnecessary song/album page of a deleted/non-notable artist.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet very basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

Unspecified source for Image:Scarymovie5.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Scarymovie5.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 22:06, 9 November 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --ImageBot 22:06, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Scary Movie 5[edit]

Hello Crazyandy18rox I would really like to keep the image of the Scary Movie 5 poster on wikipedia. So would you please put a source on it or give me the source so I can do it. Thank you. Music2611 18:20, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Copyrighted images[edit]

Stop adding copyrighted images to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images borrowed from other web sites, printed material, films, or other sources; such additions will be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Ward3001 (talk) 18:37, 19 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Bittersweet.JPG[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Bittersweet.JPG. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. February 2008[edit]

Hi, the recent edit you made to Miley Cyrus has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. Images with no source[edit]

Please do not add inappropriate images to Wikipedia, as you did to Bittersweet World; it is considered to be vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. - eo (talk) 01:18, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate images to Wikipedia, as you did to Bittersweet World. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing. - eo (talk) 01:19, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you add an inappropriate image to an article, as you did to Bittersweet World, you will be blocked from editing. - eo (talk) 01:21, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"Image:Ashlh.jpg" and "Image:Ashleebw.JPG"[edit]

These images are copyrighted and need a fair use rationale for use in articles. As per all of the comments already left for you above, please stop uploading copyrighted material and claiming them as your own. - eo (talk) 01:25, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Image:Ashleebw.JPG listed for deletion[edit]

An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Ashleebw.JPG, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Blocked[edit]

By uploading images and falsely claiming them as your own, you are deliberately placing Wikipedia in legal jeopardy. You have received multiple warnings about your repeated violations of WP:IUP and WP:COPYRIGHTS and so I have no choice but to block you indefinitely. If you believe you can explain your inappropriate actions and convince someone that you will never again violate these policies (and copyright law), you may request an unblock by adding {{unblock|Your reason here}} to this page. --Yamla (talk) 05:58, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

If you can't even acknowledge what you did, there's no chance of you getting unblocked. — Golbez (talk) 20:12, 30 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Proposed deletion of El Nin-YO![edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article El Nin-YO!, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
