Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. - User:GorillaWarfare has violated no policy that I am aware of, and there is no such rule as "admins making major changes chould not guard the article in question". GW's actions on Christopher Langan were made as an editor. She has taken no admin actions regarding the article that I can see. Beyond My Ken (talk) 02:17, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
Saying that another editor has "violated policy numerous times" without providing evidence of such violations is itself a violation of WP:Casting aspersions. Also saying that an editor has "run amock [sic]" is perilously close to being a personal attack.
