From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The image you uploaded, Image:10yearoldgirl.jpg, appears to be a professional-quality modelled portrait. You uploaded it, however, claiming that it is your own personal creation. Because these two observations appear to be out of sync, I have removed the templates you put on the image and replaced it with a template requesting that you reveal the source of the image. We have to take copyrights seriously, so if you do not provide a source, or if the image is copyrighted, it will have to be deleted from Wikipedia.

Also, I see that you added the image to both Girl and Child. The images that are currently in each article are the result of much discussion and consensus-forming. People often try to add their own images, often of their own children, but these edits are almost always reverted very quickly, as yours have been. Please do not take it personally; we just can't accept every image that people have tried to add over the years, or there would be far, far too many.

Nevertheless, I'm glad that you are interested in Wikipedia, and I hope that you'll stick around and make many helpful edits. You can go to WP:WELCOME for a guide to becoming a successful, valued editor. --Icarus (Hi!) 18:49, 23 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}} I uploaded Image:10yearoldgirl.jpg Can somebody please explain why somebody vandalized my picture? --Cubaman59 01:45, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No rationale. No source. I think this is a copy from a website. Miranda 01:46, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
