Request reason:

I have made a contribution to Wikipedia for the sole purpose of educating users. I cannot and do not intend to receive any payment toward my contribution. I understand that I presented my Wikipedia page as a form of advertising, which I now understand does not keep the best interests of the community in mind. I take full responsibility for my mistake and I vouch to not repeat it. I will re-edit the Wikipedia page if I do get unblocked, such that it shows no intent to advertise my company or for other personal intents. I am editing my content to reflect the nature of the company and it's operations for readers who are unaware of field service management. I only aim to shine some light on my content using this platform, so that this may provide to be useful for Malaysian users who are looking to understand FSM and TMS better. Field Service management though well known in the Western world, is still a relatively new industry in Malaysia. Despite readers' unfamiliarity with the terminology, I intend to use the page to highlight that it is a process that they would have experienced at some point, when they required assistance in repair and maintenance. We are currently driving local traffic to channels such as Linkedin and Reddit for Malaysian readers to understand FSM better as well as the role our company plays as the key leader with over 16 years of experience in the field. We hope to share this knowledge to Wikipedia as well. Assuredly, this will NOT be used as advertising/sales/marketing in any way.

Decline reason:

Since you work for the company, you are a paid editor, you do not have to be specifically paid to edit or specifcially directed to edit. As such the Terms of Use require you to make the formal paid editing declaration. As you still intend to edit about your company, there are no grounds to remove the block. Wikipedia is not for merely providing information; it is for summarizing what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about (in this case) a company, showing how it meets the special Wikipedia definition of a notable company. Wikipedia is not interested in what a topic says about itself, only in what others completely unconnected with it choose on their own to say about it. Please review conflict of interest. You won't be unblocked to, in the short term, make further edits related to your conflict of interest. If that is your only goal here, this is the end of the line. If you are interested in being a general contributor and editing about topics unrelated to your conflict of interest, like Joe Biden or science or history, please tell what topics you might edit about.
