Read WP:NOT[edit]

I believe it would be in your best interest to read WP:NOT. More specifically the section about how "Wikipedia is not a repository of external links." I removed the random listing of fan sites because they really have no place in the article. I'm not exactly sure what you mean when you said I threatened to ban you; however, I do leave warning templates on contributors' pages when they post something against Wikipedia's policies. It seems you just recently created this account and previously made the postings from an annonymous IP address. If you could supply that IP address then I could maybe be a little more specific with your concerns. --TheKoG (talk|contribs) 19:17, 21 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I will remind you again, "Wikipedia is not a repository of external links." --TheKoG (talk|contribs) 20:32, 24 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

June 2007[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, the external links you added to the page StarCraft II do not comply with our guidelines for external links. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Haemo 08:11, 7 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
