Danniebelle Hall[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. However, adding content without citing a reliable source is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.
Also, please consider revising your additions to the page Danniebelle Hall. The article is not written in an objective, encyclopedic tone (specifically "Danniebelle's earthly presence will be missed, but her legacy will live on in all of us.") Additionally, since the talk page suggests that you are the daughter of the subject and you are the author of the web site referenced, you might want to review WP:COI and WP:NOR. -- Mufka (user) (talk) (contribs) 18:38, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Answer to your question[edit]

Your question is here
I don't think that your article will be deleted. There are just some conflicts of Wiki policy that need to be addressed. I'm not sure how much I can help, but I'll try.

1. I think one of the conflicts is the picture that you have on the page. Because it has a web address printed on it, I think it causes a copyright violation. If you can upload another picture that doesn't have the web site on it that might work. (I don't think the text is copied directly from the web site as stated above, but I didn't read it word for word either.)
2. Some of the text is not objective. See my comment above. As much as you would like it to be, the article cannot be a tribute.
3. The article needs references. This is where it can get sticky for you. The only reference that you can cite is a web site that you created. I think this violates both WP:OR and WP:COI.

Like I said, I don't think the article is in danger of being deleted. If you want to get some more input from other editors on this, place a {{helpme}} tag on your talk page and you might get some other input. Just keep an eye on the article. Remember that the nature of Wikipedia is that whatever you post could be mercilessly edited. This isn't a bad thing. It helps keep things straight. I'll try to help if I can. Also remember that I'm just an editor like you -- so I could be wrong on some of my assumptions. Wiki policy isn't always cut and dry. -- Mufka (user) (talk) (contribs) 01:59, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
