It would also behoove you to learn about "Wikiquette"- that is which behaviors are appropriate here and which are not. You can find this information at Etiquette.
If you are editing Wikipedia with the screen reader Jaws, there is a page dedicated to keyboard shortcuts and other tips called Using Jaws. If you use a different screen reader or have a different disability and need assistance of any kind, make sure to drop us a line at Wikipedia Accessibility or WikiProject Accessibility to let us know how we can help you.

You're very welcome, it was my pleasure. I don't speak much Spanish, although I read it quite well. You seem to speak fluent English, but if you ever run into a situation where you need to speak to someone here in Spanish, there is a list of other native Spanish speakers here: Category:User_es-N. Well, I personally prefer English, since it's my native language. As far as changing your userpage, there are a couple of ways to do it, it helps if you're familiar with HTML/CSS since a lot of the more complex syntax for changing formatting are based off of HTML. If you have a simple design in mind, i.e. just a background color, I can do it for you myself, now. If your idea is more complex, it may be better if you do it yourself since it's sometimes hard to convey exactly what you are looking for. A good place to start might be the Userpage Design Center, which gives pretty much a step by step guide to designing a userpage.
