A tag has been placed on Draft:Hot Wheels (NFT collection), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. — Trey Maturin 10:53, 15 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Trey Maturin. Sorry I reviewed the draft! I didn't see that you had put the nom. Asparagusus (interaction) 13:23, 15 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I think my edit conflict deleted the nom off of the draft. Asparagusus (interaction) 13:25, 15 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Partial blocks[edit]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing Hot Wheels (disambiguation) and Hot Wheels for appearing to promote one specific NFT (in 2023!). See also WP:GS/Crypto and the conflict of interest disclosure below, especially if you are being WP:PAID, which you are required to answer. If you do that, you may continue working on the draft (note that drafts are not indexed on Google, etc.). Seems unlikely that you'll be able to convince reviewers to pass it, but it's your time. Finally, if you have any questions or concerns about these blocks, please WP:PING me here, rather than contacting me on my own talk page.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  El_C 11:29, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Hi, Im not connected in any way with hotwheels or mattel or anyone comercialy.. im from croatia, have kids who like hotwheels.. they told me about that nft collection. :Its not true im promoting one single specific nft.. I informed about relaese date of their entire first nft collection that came out 2y ago and after your delete cause of bad reference found reference from NYTimes..that first collection consists of thousands of nfts and ther came out 4 or 5 more collections... i dont own any.. kids have few toy cars so im not sure who is in pms and whats promblem with my article since its now consisted of one simple true fact and trusthworthy reference .. D45678 (talk)

Decline reason:

The NFT information is promotional in nature. If it was notable enough to be added to the article, it would have its own article. You are only partially blocked: please read WP:PROMO and edit on a different topic. Z1720 (talk) 18:16, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
