Not bad - your basic structure is sound, but you might find a way to break it into a few more defined sections. The page can't be tiny, so, if it's only two sections that's a slog to read. You could also offer more details about what you intend to write. Will your figure be both map and cross-section? I presume it will be both a location map and a geological map?
