Under dry lenses, maybe it would be good to define what a correction collar is. I personally don’t know what that is.

You have a paragraph where it says, “It is believe” I think you mean to change that to “It is believed” this in the phototoxicity section.

Also in the photobleaching section, you say, “not allows possible” did you mean to say not always possible?

Otherwise, I think your work is extremely well done. I think this is a very good contribution to this page, and I honestly think that you could possibly form your own pages with how in detail you went into the different techniques of live cell imaging. Under Phototoxicity and Photobleaching, in the third paragraph you say, "However, this method is not allows possible in live-cell imaging and may require additional intervention". I think you probably meant to say, "However, this method does not allow possible live-cell imaging and may require additional intervention." All-in-all, this looks very well done and thought out.
