Nonsense of Road seal

Thanks for note. Deleted because it appears to be patent nonsense. Is this something you made up? I do not see where it comes close to meeting Notability. It does not appear to have verifiable sources. Please read our guidelines for notability and verifiability and let me know how this is encyclopedic.
