Falun Gong

[edit]

I do not know what happened or why you do not like Falun Gong. I have practiced Falun Gong for one year now. I think it is a great practice. It has taught me to be a good and kind person. I no longer drink alcohol now or take drugs, or have so many thoughts of lust or other bad desires or negative thoughts. I am not negative about things that I come across, or about other people. I have learned to be more understanding and accepting of other people, including my family members. I am able to help them with their problems better now, because I have a clearer mind and I do not have so many of my own emotional problems. There are many more changes in myself, very positive changes, that Falun Gong has brought me. Everyone who practices Falun Gong feels this way. I now think that the reason I live is to make myself as much as I can assimilated to the principles of Zhen-Shan-Ren. That is how I understand what I am doing with my life. So therefore, if something bad happened to me, or I lost a lot of money, or any kind of tribulation happened, I would be able to put it into perspective and balance myself. Therefore, I am happy and I have freedom in my mind. Many Falun Gong practitioners have got amazing health benefits from practicing Falun Gong. Not just mental health, but physical health as well. Illnesses that have been around for years suddenly go away. The point of practicing Falun Gong is not for that, but there are so many of these cases. We are telling everyone about the persecution now because it is extremely evil, and we want it to stop. In China, Falun Gong practitioners are tortured, raped and beaten to death. They are used as a source for live organ harvesting. The CCP takes a Falun Gong practitioners organs while they are still alive, then incinerates the bodies. They have done this to many Falun Gong practitioners, and they have made billions of USD selling the organs. We want the CCP to stop doing this immediately, so we have done many protests and also published jiuping, and other material to expose the persecution and all the crimes the CCP has committed against the Chinese people over the years. I have only had positive experiences with Falun Gong. If someone told me that Falun Gong practitioners had really done something bad, I would say that those people are not living up to the standards of Falun Dafa. Maybe there is a misunderstanding. Can you tell me what happened? For any Falun Gong practitioner, they only want to do good things, and never do bad things. Falun Gong teaches Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. If I had upset someone, or someone thought bad about Falun Gong, I would want to know why, and try to explain to them that we only want to be good. I think it must be a misunderstanding, or something unintentional. Let me know. Thank you.--Asdfg12345 14:11, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Daimond. There must have been some kind of misunderstanding, so to lead to your opposition of Falun Gong. (Most notably - Falun Gong practitioners won't kill or disturb other's lifes for any reason, and you wrote your life was threatened on your userpage.) There are some practitioners here on Wikipedia, all of which can help you resolve this misunderstanding of yours in a completely friendly manner :) ! Emanuil Tolev 12:23, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

im so sick of flg they spend their times preaching how evil the ccp is instead of what the group is about. i mean even recently in new york they harassed a group of chinese donating for the sichuan earthquake and called them chinese spies. sure chinese police beatings is horrible but china is getting better and more open but flg is pissed because they got banned so they want to overthrow the government and cause chaos in china. where the hell is flg when the indonesian pribumi killed and raped chinese in jakarta and cut off their heads? they act as if theyre the only persecuted group but ignore other worse violations. stuff like this is sick [1] -michael —Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.14.143.45 (talk) 10:46, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Recent additions

[edit]

I have reverted both yours and 61.5.80.36 additions to the articles Glodok and Falun Gong outside China. The latter's was just vandalism. Your edits however, I was unable to understand. Please clarify what you meant by:

"Jakarta chinatown, Indonesia are rejected any kind falungong activity after several clash and ancident with falungong activity in they area."

Thank you, and have a most excellent day. --The Dark Side 02:18, 31 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

New collaboration...

Hello everybody. I’ve updated the current Indonesia collaboration to > > > Central Java < < <

This article’s not in a very good condition but such a significant part of Indonesia, the cultural heart of the Javanese. Please contribute! Thanks to all those contributed to the previous collaboration Sidoarjo mud flow particularly Indon.

The next collaboration...

For the next collaboration in a fortnight, I’d like to try something different. Let’s chose a stub rather than an already well-developed article. Here is a list of Indonesian stubs to choose (there’s two pages). Please check the article's importance rating – let's chose an important and significant article that will appeal to a broad range of people. Please do not choose an obscure and/or esoteric topic that is not very important. Please place your nomination here.

Any questions, please let me know. Kind regards --Merbabu 05:01, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Unspecified source for Image:IMAGE0001.JPG

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:IMAGE0001.JPG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 03:25, 25 January 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Nv8200p talk 03:25, 25 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite

[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 01:34, 20 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
