What we need is reliable independent sources discussing the film being accepted to or shown at the festival. That's what shows it's notable. Just to clarify, what we'd need is some coverage in the form of a review of your film, or an article on the film festival mentioning your film as well as it's "Dollar Baby" status. The source would have to be independent of the film itself, so this wouldn't apply. The source also needs to be reliable, per what is outlined in WP:RS. I did a bit of looking, and so far it seems like there is not enough coverage in independent, reliable sources to add your movie to the list.
