Sovereign state[edit]

when you make it back, the sovereign is not referring to the queen, it's the self rule, Canada being a part of the commonwealth, still, has a foreign ruler, so isn't. Dave Rave (talk) 19:43, 9 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
