A tag has been placed on List of Christian Rock Bands, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. <>Multi-Xfer<> (talk) 01:27, 29 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello and welcome :)[edit]

Hello Darchaf, and welcome to Wikipedia! I can well assume that you've viewed all the recent discussion at "User talk:PMDrive1061", "User talk:WikHead", and "User talk:Mazca", and must say that I'm pleased to see that your article has survived the speedy-deletion process. You certainly seem to be doing a good job with it, and I'm eager to see what your final draft will eventually look like. My only concern (as well the reason I first got involved) deals with disambiguation and WP:OVERLINK issues. This basically means that the body of the article should really only contain one link to any other given article, and that link should tested to assure it targets its intended article (i.e. "Rock (geology)" is something you might throw at a train, "Rock music" is a music genre, and "Rock" is nothing more than an annoying dab-page... etc.). Using the correct link-targets is critical to ease of user-navigation and readability... and if you or I don't adjust these, some other user most certainly will. Once again, welcome to Wikipedia. If there's anything I can help you with, please don't hesitate to drop a message on my talk page. Regards, and happy editing :) -- WikHead (talk) 00:43, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the heads up! Just completed the article, and fixed that problem.

Thanks for your edits[edit]

Particularly to List of Christian rock bands, but the first paragraph doesn't explain anything about Christian rock and the second is pure fiction. I deleted both. Again. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 00:59, 21 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Revised the paragraphs. Hope you like themDarchaf (talk) 21:42, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Please stop adding original and unrelated research to the article. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 21:56, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yo I`m the creator. The new revision sort of works. But what I revise, plz don`t mark as vandalism. Its editation. Darchaf (talk)
Thanks for creating the page, but I trust that doesn't mean you assert ownership of it. Most lists that I've seen have no lede as they don't need them. The article that makes sense to attempt expand is Christian rock not the list of bands. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 00:57, 13 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Just don't mark my changes as vandilism, please! I don't want to get banned because you didn't agree with my changes... But
yeah, i guess the article works now... The thing is, to become a featured list, you need to have a good solid intro. I just hope
that one is enough... Darchaf (talk) 01:05, 13 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
