HHCL

No one has provided significant coverage in reliable sources (see WP:RS) as required by our notability guidelines (see WP:N and WP:CORP). No one has demonstrated that the major media in the UK have done feature stories about HHCL - the hits on google are uniformly blurbs and mostly not in reliable sources. • Take it to deletion review if you think that everyone's position was wrong, or rewrite it in userspace with all the sources you can muster to present the best case for notability (see WP:CORP), if what is created is substantially different than what was deleted the speedy deletion criteria WP:CSD#G4 does not apply and someone would have to nominate it for deletion again - but if there's no more that can be found to base the article upon, you may as well take it to deletion review without a rewrite. If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
