advice
[edit]I apologize on behalf of Wikipedia for the confusing notices you have been getting about this. Cara Quici is indeed the correct name for the article.
However, I have marked the article for Deletion under our criterion G11, an article that is entirely promotional and cannot be fixed with normal editing. Either it will be almost immediately deleted, or someone will decide to fix it a little.
But, regardless of how notable she is, it has to be proven.
A Wikipedia article needs to show notability with references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online, but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases. don't refer vaguely to articles on a newspaper, give the exact references to both the web and print editions. If a song or album has charted, give an exact reference. .
And Wikipedia article needs to be written like an encyclopedia article, not a press release--don't praise the organization or person, say what they do. Don't use extensive adjectives of praise--just talk in neutral language about what the subject has accomplished. Remember not to copy from a web site, even your own -- first it's a copyright violation, but, even if you own the copyright and are willing to give us permission according to WP:DCM, the tone will not be encyclopedic and the material will not be suitable--as indeed this material is not suitable. .
Don't refer to material that will be released, unless you have multiple excellent sources to prove it's importance : such material is normally regarded as advertising, and as a violation of WP:CRYSTAL -- a person is notable for what they have done, not what they will do in the future.
As a general rule, a suitable page will be best written by someone without Conflict of Interest; it's not impossible to do it properly as a paid press agent, but it's relatively more difficult: you are automatically thinking in terms of what the subject wishes to communicate to the public, but an uninvolved person will think in terms of what the public might wish to know. And keep in mind that the goal of an encyclopedia is to say things in a concise manner, which is not the style of press releases or web sites, which are usually more expansive. If you think you can do it right according to our guidelines, do so, but expect the article to be carefully checked for objectivity. DGG ( talk ) 21:36, 24 March 2012 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to (You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (To Party!) may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.
