Speedy deletion of Lawrence Fordyce[edit]

A tag has been placed on Lawrence Fordyce requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Thanks for uploading Image:Lawrence_Fordyce.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. 1) links do not produce the necessary verification of Notability. 2) Even if the subject of this article has worked with a celebrity, that doesn't prove notability 3) Notability, in this situation, is proven by submitting a charting recording at Billboard Mag, or through award nominations such as the Recording Academy Grammy. Another method is to submit an article/interview from reputable music magazine which gives support to any claims written at the article. Thanks and do not delete any templates.

Every link only establishes that the subject has done some sort of remix which is unrecognized by the record label. The fact that he has remixed titles that charted in their original version does not give support for notability. There is no support anywhere for the claim that the subject had written or "produced" 150 titles that generated 38 Billboard hits. This is a clear attempt to use Wikipedia to publish unsubstantiated or false information at the very least. Let's delete this one real soon.
