Zephram Cochrane[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, your edit to Zephram Cochrane was reverted, as "Cochrane" is indeed the correct spelling used by Paramount, as indicated by The Star Trek Encyclopedia, The Star Trek Chronology, startrek.com, etc. If you ever have any other questions about editing, or need help regarding the site's policies, just let me know by leaving a message for me in a new section at the bottom of my talk page. Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 20:33, 28 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Did you leave this message on my talk page? If so, please remember to sign your talk page posts, which makes it easier for everyone to know who they're addressing. You can do this by typing four tildes (~~~~) at the end of them, which also automatically time stamps them.
As to the spelling of Cochrane's name, yes, that does sometimes happen. Another example is that in the closing credits of Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, Uhura's name is spelled "Uhuru", which is something of a recurring reference among Trekkers.
