Hi there. I'm afraid only finished portals are listed at Portal:List, so I had to remove it from that listing. Portals are intended to highlight Wikipedia's contents, not to point to external sites. I'm afraid there isn't nearly enough article content within Wikipedia to start a portal for it yet. You may want to see Disc golf first, possibly you missed that page? Hope that helps. Reply at my talk page if you have any questions, Thanks :) --Quiddity 06:04, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
- Similarly, I removed your listing of Portal:Disc Golf at Portal:Sports and games/Subportals, and I join in Quiddity's concern that Wikipedia's disc golf content (and perhaps the scope and nature of the sport itself) may prove insufficient to serve as the basis for a fully-formed and quality portal, some guidelines for the formulation of which you might find at Wikipedia:Portal and, most especially, the guidelines subpage thereof. I am quite sure, though, that the project would benefit greatly from your contributing to disc golf and tangential articles as well, of course, as to any efforts here, and so I hope you'll not be discouraged by the suggestions of Quiddity and me. Should you require any help or have any questions apropos of how you might best work on sports portals and disc golf content, you should feel free to drop me a line at my talk page. :) Joe 06:12, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
