Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Geostatistics. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Thank you. --SquidSK (1MClog) 18:14, 8 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Removing the text was consistent with the discussion on the Discussion on the talk page, that "Iconoclast"/JWMerks section on "Criticism" is a violtion of WP:COI and WP:OR and WP:NPOV. While I admit that I did remove a fair amount of text, the replacement referenced Merks' work, and a response. I'm not sure the best way to fix this, but the discussion page for Geostatistics seems to indicate that there has been consistent disregard for these policies on this topic, and those who are trying to make it not POV have been stymied in their attempts.
