Welcome!

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome!

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Vice Media, Inc., and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.vice.com/jobs.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. Your username

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I saw that you edited or created Shane Smith (journalist), and I noticed that your username, "Beanstalkseo", may not comply with our username policy. Please note that you may not use a username that represents the name of a company, group, organization, product, or website. Examples of usernames that are not allowed include "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Trammel Museum of Art". However, you are invited to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you personally, such as "Mark at WidgetsUSA", "Jack Smith at the XY Foundation", and "WidgetFan87".

Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people, and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, or website, regardless of your username. Moreover, I recommend that you read our conflict of interest guideline. If you are a single individual and are willing to contribute to Wikipedia in an unbiased manner, please create a new account or request a username change that complies with our username policy. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Working for a SEO company trying to influence how Wikipedia articles read is problematic. Speedy deletion nomination of Carrot creative

[edit]

Hello Ddavies73,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Carrot creative for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Trivialist (talk) 21:53, 22 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:Carrot Creative Logo.png

[edit]
⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Carrot Creative Logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 02:30, 24 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Carrot Creative, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Edge stack moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Edge stack, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Praxidicae (talk) 20:01, 10 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your possible good faith removal of content from Jasmine Directory [1] with which you declared a conflict of interest has a number of issues. It was marked as a WP:MINOR edit which was inappropriate for that content deletion. Also please read Wikipedia:Conflict of interest guidelines. The reason given for removal, that it is no longer on website, is not in my view sufficient for removal, and again indicates possible conflict of intested. That said claims the removal contains invalid information may be a sufficient cause for removal, but bear in my I cannot be 100% certain you are who you say you are, though it seems quite credible. But all said I have examined content you deleted and on quick examination I am unconfident to simply revert it without because it contains a specific named individual and because it contains a claim that may not be justified. I reserve the right to reconsider this at a point when I have more time. Thankyou. Djm-leighpark (talk) 10:17, 14 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi CNMall41, see the user page history for details. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 04:54, 8 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@ToBeFree:, Lol I think we are typing over each other lol. Thanks for taking a look. I saw the hidden content but then let it play out as I figured you're in that position for a reason. Good job. Always better to be cautious until you know for sure. --CNMall41 (talk) 04:57, 8 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
😅 My mistake, not yours. And the diff is public again as well. Thanks again. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 05:00, 8 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@CNMall41: I am affiliated with Beanstalk which I have never tried to hide (my user name used to be it, but I was told to change that), but I am not in any way affiliated with listing I added. Interestingly, I was just planning on adding some new entities in different sectors just out of curiosity as to what that does to Knowledge Graph scores. And I'm not sure what hidden content there was, but I leave that to you all. I do quasi-get the Duck link, can't declare affiliate there, but it was an actual citation of where the info came from - interesting that you kept the info and just removed the "spam" citation though. Guess it's better to just post things without citations then. 😅 I leave you both to your pro-editor skills and wish you well. In future though, might want to wait on a reply first before blocking, and maybe look up what "citation" means and ask whether info is better published without them.
Based on the condescending tone of your comment, I am going to assume you don't want to have an actual discussion. Please don't ping me. --CNMall41 (talk) 17:44, 8 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Dude - you blocked me without waiting for a reply so don't pretend to take the high road on, "wanting to have a discussion". You then removed a citation without removing the content which says, "I find value in the content, but I don't like you and I'm too lazy to hunt down the info myself." So ... yeah. The discussion ended when you didn't start one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:569:BEBF:2F00:D977:62AA:2E62:756D (talk) 18:21, 8 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
