Hello there I altered your addition to the article Agriculture in Canada to point to Liming (soil) where your blurb more appropriately was added. I changed your reference to an inline citation. Kind Regards SriMesh | talk 22:54, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the excellent website from external links on the Agriculture in Canada page, as it is included in the references section as an inline citation=it doesn't nee to be in the same article twice. I re-worded the Ag in Canada article, keeping your references, and summarise your info about soils in the section about soils.SriMesh | talk 05:04, 23 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Adding references[edit]

It is helpful adding references to articles, references to the primary literature are not really sought: Wikipedia:No original research#Primary, secondary and tertiary sources. Tens of thousands of papers appear yearly and most are far too specialized for an encyclopedia. Also, editors that sprinkle similar references throughout Wikipedia raises the possibility of a conflict of interest and possibly self-promotion (vanity publishing, kind of). Please take these comments as constructive. In general, if you are new and have questions, it is often a good idea to discuss your concerns or comments on the talk pages.--Smokefoot (talk) 00:03, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
