Talk pages[edit]

Deathstroke!

It looks like you've noticed that I've undone your addition of My Name is Bruce to the List of films based on Dark Horse Comics page. If you see someone make a change, and you're uncertain why they made that change, check if they made any comment about it on the article's Talk page. Every article has a Talk page where editors can discuss changes they've made, changes they want to make, and disagreements they've had. If you go to Talk:List of films based on Dark Horse Comics, you'll see where I explained that both My Name is Bruce and Dr. Giggles were comic books based on movies, rather than the other way around, and thus don't qualify for that list. It used to be quite common for there to be comic book adaptations of movies released around the time of the film.

If for some reason after seeing that you disagree with my logic, we should discuss our differences on the Talk page, letting other editors chime in if they wish, rather than fighting it out in the article edits.

Don't feel too bad if you've gotten a couple of things wrong in your early editing work; every experienced editor was a new editor once, and almost all of us made mistakes. --Nat Gertler (talk) 13:42, 2 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Flutter[edit]

You posted on my user talk page asking for help editing the [[Flutter {comics)]] page. What do you wish to do with that page, and how can I help you? --Nat Gertler (talk) 13:45, 2 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Dark Horse Entertainment[edit]

I don't understand why you are reinserting material that's not about Dark Horse Entertainment into an article about Dark Horse Entertainment. There are, of course, many many many films in this world that aren't by Dark Horse Entertainment... and if you think we need a listings of films based on Dark Horse Comics publications, we of course already have an article listing them. Can you explain your goal here? --Nat Gertler (talk) 16:50, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Other people's user pages[edit]

There are very rarely reasons for editing other people's User pages (as opposed to the User Talk pages), and those involve removing things that are in clear violation of policy. Edits like this edit of yours are utterly unacceptable. --Nat Gertler (talk) 20:28, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Dark Horse Entertainment, without resolving the problem that the template refers to. This may be considered disruptive editing. Further edits of this type may result in your account being blocked from editing. Nat Gertler (talk) 21:03, 5 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Duckman, without good reason. They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to move pages to bad titles contrary to naming conventions or consensus, as you did at Fat Dog Mendoza, you may be blocked from editing. Paper Luigi TC 15:11, 27 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Moving pages[edit]

Hello, Deathstroke5122. I noticed you moved two pages, Duckman and Fat Dog Mendoza, to new pages with "(TV series)" added after the title. This sort of move would usually be accepted when a naming convention is accepted due to multiple notable entries sharing the same title, but the moves you performed were on pages that did not, to my knowledge, share a name with other entries on WP. If you continue to perform this type of move without sufficient explanation and/or community consensus, you may be banned from editing. I'm asking you now to explain your moves to these pages so that you understand the circumstances of your edits. Paper Luigi TC 15:23, 27 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
