Mothering magazine

[edit]

Hi Deepalmolive,

my name is Anna, I'm a wikipedia user from Sweden and a subscriber of Mothering Magazine. I was curious to see what Wikipedia had to say about MM (there's no swe-wiki article about it - not many Swedish parents know about the magazine), and was sorry to see how this article has been used by people who want to complain about the Mothering discussion boards.

It seems to me you get a lot of unfair criticism as well, from users that don't understand what Wikipedia is for, or how to use the article and the talk page. I wish I could help in some way, but I'm not a very experienced user myself, and not too sure on how to explain things in English without risking to sound too harsh.

So I'll just say that I hope you'll get help from some wise admin to clean up the page and get rid of all the irrelevant, not-wikian writing. You've done a great job! Annaxt 10:53, 8 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:SigningTime Logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you.
