Proposed deletion of Golden Strikers FC

The article Golden Strikers FC has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A7 (not by me) was declined a few days ago. Have done a BEFORE check and found that sourcing is inadequate for any claim to notability. Ghana Football Leagues shows that Division 2 is actually the third tier of Ghanian football, with Ghana Premier League being the real top division (and the only one considered by WP:FPL to be fully professional), so any arguable claim to inherited notability simply from league participation is quite weak.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
