NBA trades/FA signings[edit]
No NBA transaction is official until the moratorium is lifted until tomorrow. Everything that you're seeing in the news is deals that are agreed in principle, as in, they're not finished yet. The papers haven't been signed yet.--Mosmof (talk) 17:47, 9 July 2013 (UTC)

Your addition to Garrett Gilkey has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and a cited source. - Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied without attribution. If you want to copy from another Wikipedia project or article, you can, but please follow the steps in Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.

Please, please, please: do not claim that you took a photograph unless you actually took it yourself! I found the Tyler Hansbrough pic online, where it was credited to a USA Today photographer. Zagalejo^^^ 04:37, 10 July 2013 (UTC)
- The Romero Osby photo was lifted from nba.com. The images will wind up being deleted from Commons; we can't use them on Wikipedia either. —C.Fred (talk) 05:07, 10 July 2013 (UTC)

- Derek, your block has been rescinded. I hope you have learned your lesson. Most images on websites cannot be uploaded to Wikipedia. If you look for an image on Flickr and give me the link, I will gladly review it and upload it myself- if I feel it is suitable. Until then, do not upload images with ® or © or from any website.
